Rhinebeck

My Canadian Climbing twin and I hung out on chilly Saturday. (ok so the twin thing has nothing to do with looks, but we don’t need to get into it)

I sprung for a 2 inch Golding Tsunami in purpleheart. On the spindle is a little 2 oz bump of merino I bought for the sole purpose of having something to spin at the festival.

Bottom left is fiber from Gale’s Art. I have been stalking her etsy shop for quite some time, but never got around to ordering. This is Alpaca-silk in “grape vine”. On top is 2 oz each of Spontaneous Spinning Clouds The pink is Hot Lips, the white is half Party Animal and half Tweedledee both from loop. Bottom right we have 3 oz of Blue Moon Fiber Arts Tussah Silk bought from the fold.

And what is a sheep and wool post without a cute sheep picture? This little lady was having herself a lovely nap.

  1. OMG, what a gorgeous spindle! And Golding always spins great so I’ve heard. And the cutest picture of some sheep too. Thanks for sharing!
